West Side Poke Recipe

Introduction

  • Serves six

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh ahi, cubed
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of limu kohu (Asparagopsis taxiformis), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of inamona (roasted kukui nut and Hawaiian salt)
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil

Preparation

  • Mix gently
  • Refrigerate for one hour
  • Enjoy!
